Meet Melissa

Hi, I’m Melissa Ragazzi, an independent concierge travel advisor with Trey Tracy Travel, LLC based in Madison, Mississippi. I help clients plan personalized vacations that are exciting, seamless, and designed around the way they actually want to travel, whether that’s an Alaska cruise, Europe itinerary, Disney vacation, all-inclusive getaway, or hosted group trip.

I believe travel should feel more than just “booked.” It should feel thoughtfully planned from the very beginning. My goal is to make the process easier, less overwhelming, and a lot more enjoyable while helping my clients create memories they’ll talk about for years.

Travel is a huge part of my own life too. My husband Brian and I share a love for cruising and exploring new destinations together so much that we started our own YouTube channel, Wanderlust with Melissa and Brian, where we share cruise tours, travel tips, and experiences from our own adventures around the world.

For new clients, I encourage scheduling a complimentary consultation so I can learn more about your travel style, priorities, budget, and what you truly want out of your trip. Whether you already have a destination in mind or have no idea where to start, this is where we begin turning ideas into a personalized travel experience designed specifically for you.

2. Planning & Customizing

Once we’ve talked through your vision, I get to work researching and building the best options for your vacation. From cruises and resorts to Europe itineraries and Alaska adventures, I carefully curate recommendations that fit your travel style and goals. We’ll fine-tune the details together along the way until everything feels exactly right. My goal is to make the planning process feel easy, exciting, and completely tailored to you.

3. Relax & Travel Confidently

Once your trip is booked, I continue managing the details so you can focus on the fun part, looking forward to your vacation. From payment reminders and travel documents to answering questions before you leave, I’m here throughout the process. And if something unexpected comes up while you’re traveling, you have a real person in your corner instead of a random customer service line. I want you to feel supported, prepared, and excited from the moment we start planning until you return home with incredible memories.
